Le « Sankuin ryu » est le nom martial japonais de l’école Nindokan dont le blason (logo) tricolore symbolise le Poing des trois unités du « Nindôka ». Le Ninjutsu Nindokan se pratique et s’enseigne  comme un Budo (une voie d’art martial) dans la lignée et la vision de son fondateur. Par conséquent : Ninjutsu du style Nindokan = Ninjutsu du style de Tarik MESLI  

• En France, le Nindokan Budo France (ex-Ass. Union Française de Ninjutsu) affilié FFKDA et fondé en 1997 (avatar du Bujinkan Nice Dojo fondé par Tarik Mesli en 1989) a pour mission de développer le style Nindokan et de regrouper les clubs qui se revendiquent de cette filiation.

• M. Jean-Paul de Bernis en est l’actuel Président et M. Tarik Mesli le Fondateur, vice-Président  et Directeur Technique. Des instructeurs en France sont autorisés à enseigner en clubs après avoir été formés et évalués par Tarik Mesli qui vise la qualité et non la quantité.

• L’adhésion annuelle des clubs NBF signée et visée par le fondateur atteste chaque saison du rattachement au Nindokan France. Une sélection rigoureuse guide le processus d’affiliation de clubs en France. Tarik Mesli juge du respect du règlement et de l’application du principe qui guide son enseignement par la devise suivante : « celui qui s’abaisse sera élevé et celui qui s’élève sera abaissé ! « . Toute dérive tant sur le plan éthique que technique sera immédiatement sanctionnée. 

• Le Nindokan Ryu propose une synthèse moderne de différents styles de Ninjutsu (Iga et Toga) et de Bujutsu [Shindenfudo-ryû, Gyokko-ryû, Togakure-ryû, Kukishinden-ryû, Koto-ryû, Kumogakure-ryû, Takagiyoshin-ryû, Gikan-ryû, Gyokushin-ryû] 

• De 2013 à 2015, Tarik Mesli a enseigné à Taiwan. Depuis 2015 Tarik Mesli enseigne à Hong Kong (RAS, Chine) qui devient le centre international de Nindô-Kan et périodiquement en France dans des cours organisés par le NBF et clubs affiliés. 

• Tarik MESLI propose périodiquement des cours, stages, conférences et formations pour l’ouverture de clubs. 

Nindokan Ninjutsu School ?

• In France,  the Nindokan Budo France founded in 1997 aims to develop and consolidate the Nindokan style. Mr. Jean-Paul de Bernis is the current Chairman and Mr. Tarik Mesli is the Founder and the Head Master. Some instructors in France are allowed to teach in clubs after being trained and evaluated by Tarik Mesli aiming the quality and not quantity.

• The annual membership certificate of NBF club is signed and endorsed by the founder. It attests each season of linage to Nindokan. A rigorous process of selection guide affiliate clubs. Tarik Mesli judge the compliance with the regulation and landmark principle which guides his teaching by the motto: « who is humbles himself will be eleved and who is eleved himself by vanity shall be lowered ». Any drift as long as ethical or technical plan will be immediately sanctioned. Whithin sporting and traditional levels, the Nindokan Ryu offers a synthesis of different styles of Ninjutsu (Iga and Toga) and Bujutsu [Shindenfudo-ryu, Gyokko-Ryu, Togakure-ryu, Kukishinden-ryu, Koto-Ryu, Kumogakure-ryu , Takagiyoshin-ryû, Gikan-ryû, Gyokushin-ryû]

•  In Hong Kong (SAR, China), Tarik Mesli teaches in Chinese society and into secondary schools. Hong Kong becomes the international center of Nindô-Kan since Tarik Mesli resides there and works to this day. Periodic Internship projects in France and China are under consideration for practitioners.  Tarik MESLI also offers periodically courses, workshops, conferences and training for opening of clubs.
